SAMBA MBALO 

Cote d’Ivoire, 1986

Actor and social educator and resident of Dakar, Samba Mbalo is the director of the African Centre of Theatre Research. He is also a journalist and blogger.

He studied Journalism, Sociology, Philosophy and Social Education.

He is engaged in different theatre collectives around Senegal and abroad; especially in activities related with the Theatre of the Oppressed.

He is an active member of Kaddu Yaraax Theatre Forum in Dakar and Action Enfance Senegal (as an animator and stage director), among others groups. [more]
